We appreciated your business: In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request your attention to the following policies listed below.
deposit
Upon booking any service appointment valued at $50 or higher, a deposit of 50% is required immediately. This deposit is non-refundable. You can secure the appointment by making the payment either through the phone, text or via our booking page. The deposit will be charged to the credit card you provide when making the reservation. It serves as a guarantee of your commitment to the appointment. Please note that the reservation fee cannot be refunded or transferred to another booking.
SAFETY
We kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you inside our facility. For the safety and well-being of everyone, we strongly encourage both our employees and guests to wear face coverings while indoors and during your service.
EARLY IS ON TIME
We kindly request that you plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, there is a possibility that your appointment for the booked service may be canceled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to late arrival, a 50% charge of the total service cost may still apply.

To reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, unless you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness as described below. In the event that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. In such cases, rescheduling your appointment will necessitate a new reservation deposit.
If you or a member of your household is affected by an infectious or contagious illness, such as COVID, flu, pneumonia, fever, nausea, etc., please notify us promptly to reschedule your appointment for a later date. In this specific situation, there will be no penalty or time constraint imposed, as it is crucial for your safety and the well-being of other clients. However, we kindly request a doctor’s note to facilitate the rescheduling of your appointment.
refunds
We have a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered. This policy ensures that our artists are duly compensated for their time and effort. However, we may provide complimentary removals, redos, products, and/or credits to your account as a means of addressing any concerns you may have. Please note that payments will not be reversed under any circumstances. If you have any concerns or inquiries, please feel free to reach out to our manager.

We kindly ask that any individual under the age of 18 be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Their presence is necessary to complete the required paperwork and to be present during the service.
